Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This policy governs use of the StudioUI hosted generation service and any site that connects to it.

1. You must be 18+

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service. Operators connecting a site must ensure their own end-users meet this requirement.

2. Strictly prohibited content

You may not use the service to generate, request, upload, or distribute:

  • Any sexual or suggestive content depicting, or appearing to depict, minors — including "ageplay," "loli/shota," de-aged adults, or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is reported and results in an immediate, permanent ban.
  • Non-consensual sexual content, including content sexualising real, identifiable people without consent, or "deepfake" sexual imagery of real individuals.
  • Content that depicts, incites, or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, or serious violence.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, impersonates others for fraud, or violates another person's privacy.
  • Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the operator's.

3. Lawful adult content

Adult content between, and depicting, consenting adults is permitted where lawful, subject to Section 2. The operator may apply automated and manual moderation and may refuse or remove any request.

4. No abuse of the service

No automated scraping of others' generations, no attempts to bypass rate limits, moderation, or billing, no reselling access in violation of these terms, and no use that degrades the service for others.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or permanently terminate access, withhold or refuse service, and remove content, with or without notice, for any violation. Credit balances tied to terminated accounts may be forfeited. Illegal content is reported to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC where applicable).

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything generated under your account or token, and for your own end-users' conduct. You agree to indemnify the operator against claims arising from your use.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranty. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: contact the site operator at studioui.ai.
